I was very hesitant about starting this work as I knew there was a lot to unpack. Amita explained how I was expected to do the work and this was scary but I actually really enjoyed my journey of discovery and would recommend this powerful therapy to anyone in pain. You actually learn to like and enjoy yourself, it´s so liberating. And I love my recording.
